Individual counseling gives the opportunity of a safe and confidential one-on-one process with a trained clinician for people undergoing difficult situations or having mental health issues. It's a space for self-growth and learning important life skills.
COUPLES COUNSELING

Our Licensed Marriage and Family therapists provide couples or marriage counseling to two people involved in a romantic relationship. It helps to understand better the relationship itself and the other person, as well as to get new tools to work through conflicts or issues.
FAMILY COUNSELING

Our Licensed Marriage and Family therapists provide family counseling to the members of a family unit. Its goal is to better inner dynamics, to strengthen relationships, and to learn how to cope together with difficult circumstances.
GROUP COUNSELING

Group counseling is a collective healing space that also helps to build the community. It is a way to offer support to one another through the plática in a more informal atmosphere. ALAS has organized different spaces for that purpose, such as the Women's Support Group or the Kids' Support Group.
COMMUNITY WELLNESS

At ALAS, we strongly believe that celebrating our cultures and identities together, caring for our neighbors' necessities, and advocating for our community's rights is the best way to provide communal healing. By hosting community wellness events and bringing people together, we can better respond to our community's needs.
